Greetings everyone,
As you may have noticed, there is new logo for the board. It reflects the all new OldSchoolHipHop.Com site design.
I've got more things on the way, including a totally new message board.
Have a look at the new design and let me know if you see anything that isn't working right. Sometimes I don't catch all the bugs.

The logo is all that we could ask for.
1. It's nice to the eyes.
2. It's simple
3. It's inclusive to everyone that follows Hip Hop.
4. It doesn't alienate the predecesors to the trinity.
5. It's in the basic Seventies writing style.Which is proper being that this stuff go flowing in the Seventies. |

I like the logo .... you gonna make some banners too?
I do think that the front page needs to be just a darker shade of blue ..... darker than the logo it self kinda like the lighter blue used on this page ...... maybe??? |

If they did it like they used to, I would still prefer the old school. L.E.S. for life

Nice changes JG....clicked through quite a bit of the site....didn't notice any hiccups.
Like the mouse over effect on the title banner.
And the new logo is kinda nice...may actually look good on a hat.

There will be a couple membership fee options coming, but they won't really have any big effect on most people.
Basically, I'm going to put the majority of my live shows online in a streaming format, and there will be a very low yearly fee to access them to pay for additional server usage it causes.
Also, something I'm working on developing now is a way to let anyone interested in having there own web space as part of the site. For example, you could have http://eyegetzraw.oldschoolhiphop.com. Again there will be a small fee associated with it. All sites would have to be approved by me and must contain Old School related content.
I'm also going to be reaching out to any dedicated Old School sites and see if I can assist in their web hosting as well. I would host sites for them, but they would still be able to control the content on their own.
Also, I get the occasional advertising request, so that may run through it.
Eventually the board access may run through it, but it would always be free.
Also, totally unrelated, since no one mentioned it yet, you can now rate any cd, book, or video on the site with a new 5 star rating system I installed.
Also, the new logo is available on a hat, in case you're interested. Haven't had a chance to get one made for myself yet, but I will soon. http://www.cafepress.com/oldschoolrap
