I appreciate the offer, but other than getting me some new shows, I'm not sure what all you could do. As far as downloading goes, my hosting company wouldn't be too pleased with free mp3 downloads. Also, the copyrights on those shows are a little fuzzy to me.
Having said that, there are still ways to download the original file (in this case, a Windows Media Audio version) if you know your way around the source code of a web page.
